Account Receivable Policy:

• Regular dues of $100.00 are to be posted marked by the last day of January.
• After February, non-discounted dues of $100.00 + late fees of $25.00 are due as long as post marked by the last day of the month of February. 
• After March, non-discounted dues of $100.00 + late fees of $50.00 are due as long as post marked by the last day of the month of March. 
• After April, an attorney may be engaged in collection including a possible lien on any property default.  The homeowner will be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and additional postage costs.

Return Check Policy:

The Meadows Homeowner Association will charge member a $25.00 administrative processing fee for checks returned for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) and stopped payments.  The member will also be responsible for any bank fees incurred by the association for returned checks or stopped payments.
